Savvy Lucidity was originally born as a blog. But life got in the way, so the blog stagnated and went by the wayside for a period of time. Then I decided to take the coach journey, and Savvy was given new meaning.
There are a variety of definitions out there for any given word, but savvy basically boils down to “practical common sense”, and lucidity spells out “clarity”, which I personally like to apply to thought, style and communication. Those two definitions are the basis for the coach approach here at Savvy Lucidity. Common sense angles, with clear thought and communication make a pretty dynamic duo when it comes to tackling life’s conundrums.
My goal by the time you’ve left this website is that you will have all the information you need to move forward in deciding whether you would like to go on a coaching journey with me. Personally, I dislike “vaguery” on websites that ask you for your contact information but are never quite truly clear on what you’re getting into in return. The Services page will give you everything you need to know before you dive in.
I am a “one woman wrecking crew” here at Savvy, with a genuine goal of helping other human beings happily and healthfully navigate this road trip we call life. Hopefully you’ll let me ride shotgun for a little while on yours!
About Jolene

My name is Jolene, and I am the founder, owner/operator, and one and only life coach here at Savvy Lucidity. First, I want to take a humble moment to say thank you for taking the time to read about Savvy Lucidity and what I created it for. There is so much amazing content out there on the web, and the fact that you’re here in my little corner of that world warms my heart!
Long story short, it took me over twenty adult years of living the American dream (you know the one where you get married, divorced, have too much debt, and live for the short amount of time that your vacation days will allow you paid time off) to realize that the big picture of my life was just not quite what I thought it ought to be. At the risk of sounding like a soap opera, we only have “One Life to Live”, right? So I stepped out of my comfort zone and became a certified life coach through Coach Training Alliance (CTA), as well as becoming a facilitator for the Oh, ShiFt! program by amazing motivational and keynote speaker Jennifer Powers.
But the thing that I most confidently introduce myself as is a fully certified, genuine
human being. I love to tackle life with practical common sense and clear thinking, and I’m a huge advocate of proper, useful communication. I’ve been known to make statements such as “the cure to a lot of life’s headaches can be as simple as a good nap and a little lavender oil”.
When I’m not eyelashes deep in coach business, I spend my time playing alpha big sister to four other siblings, and I happily wear the title “awesome aunt” to a handful of nephews and a niece.
